Prism Finance B2B lets a company manage corporate Premium access, administrators, users, CSV uploads, seats, assignment history and operational reporting.

Seats and CSV

Each corporate Premium seat enables Premium for an authorised user. The expected CSV uses `email,premium`; when Premium is true, an available seat will be assigned if possible.

Pricing and minimum

Price book v4 is the contractual source. The base fee of 180,00 € per month starts at 50 licences and includes up to 100 licences. Licences 101-500 cost an additional EUR 2.50 each; licences 501-1,000, EUR 2 each; and from licence 1,001, EUR 1.50 each. Tiers are incremental and amounts exclude taxes. The pilot for up to 100 licences is free during the first month; current rates apply from the second month.

Seat changes

Seat or package changes are scheduled for the next billing period. A company needing immediate activation must contact support.

Prohibition on employment decisions

The company must not use Prism Finance, its metrics or inferences for hiring, dismissal, promotion, salary, evaluation, discipline or any other employment decision.

Responsibilities

The company must have a legal basis for enrolments, keep administrators up to date, revoke unauthorised users and avoid uploading unnecessary or sensitive data in CSV files.
